About Our Company

Ace Mechanical Limited was founded in the late 1970’s and installs mechanical systems (plumbing, heating, ventilation and controls systems) in multi-unit residential buildings including apartments, condominiums, and hotels. The Company was acquired by the current owner in 2014.

Ace has been involved with many high profile construction projects in Halifax and maintains a strong client base which includes Westwood Developments (Danny Chedrawe), Dexel Developments (Louie Lawen), Killam REIT, WM Fares Group, and Universal Properties Limited among others.

Our typical projects run 18-24 months in duration with larger jobs taking as long as 36 months. Contracts range in value from the $500k level to $8M+.  The Company has a union labour force and scales up and down quickly depending on site requirements.
